Follow the Seasons
At Bridge 28, we treat coffee as a fresh seasonal fruit, not a static shelf product. Because coffee harvests follow the sun—moving from the Northern to the Southern Hemisphere throughout the year—we continuously rotate our single-origin offerings to match global agricultural cycles. By sourcing green beans only from regions currently in peak harvest,
Uganda African Moon (Natural)
Towering over Western Uganda, the snow-capped Rwenzori range is steeped in legend. Ancient explorers called them the "Mountains of the Moon"—the mythical, mist-shrouded source of the River Nile. Grown in this fertile, high-altitude volcanic soil by smallholder families, this coffee is a Natural Process masterpiece. The cherries are sun-dried whole on raised beds for up to 30 days, allowing the beans to absorb the maximum natural sugars from the fruit before being milled.
A beautifully rich, heavy, and complex cup that showcases the best of natural processing. It bursts with a deep, jammy sweetness reminiscent of ripe cherries, blackberries, and plums, all perfectly balanced by a dense milk chocolate body and a smooth, comforting caramel finish. It is exceptionally bold and crowd-pleasing, making it the ultimate choice for a luxurious flat white or a full-bodied cafetiere.
