Harvested in late summer from our hives at Bascote Locks, this jar captures the peak of the Warwickshire sun. Throughout June and July, our bees forage far and wide along the Grand Union Canal towing paths and surrounding countryside. They gather nectar from a vast tapestry of summer wildflowers, including sweet clover, bramble blossoms, lime trees, willowherb, and garden borage. This multi-floral blend creates a deeply complex, traditional honey that is uniquely ours.
A classic, rich amber honey with a deep, warm sweetness and a robust, fruity-floral finish. Unlike the quick-setting spring harvest, our Summer Honey stays beautifully liquid and translucent for much longer. It has a gorgeous, velvety pour and a full-bodied depth of flavour that lingers on the palate—the ultimate expression of British summertime in a jar.
